Abstract
In the business world, every company hopes that in the future, it will experience rapid growth within its industry and achieve good and optimal employee performance. In determining whether a company is considered good or bad, it cannot be separated from the element of human resources. Therefore, the better the human resources a company has, the better the impact it will produce.
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Work Motivation, Leadership Style, and Compensation on Employee Performance at Toko Emas Sinar Baru Ponorogo.
The sample consists of employees at Toko Emas Sinar Baru Ponorogo, using a Saturated Sampling technique with a total of 34 respondents. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. This study's partial test (t-test) results are as follows: Work Motivation (X1) = 0.037, Leadership Style (X2) = 0.014, and Compensation (X3) = 0.029.
