Abstract

This study is entitled Analysis of the Influence of Services, Costs and Facilities on Patient Decisions to Choose Muhammadiyah General Hospital (RSUM) Ponorogo. The population in this study were all patients in the hospital. Sample selection was based on the Stratified Random Sampling technique, namely a sampling technique by determining samples based on their strata, because in this study the researcher used a population that had members who were not homogeneous and stratified. The sample in this study was all and/or several patients in the hospital randomly. The research methodology used was multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 22 software. The results of the Analysis of the Influence of Services, Costs and Facilities test had a partial effect on Patient Decisions to Choose a Hospital in a positive direction. This can be seen from the results of the multiple linear regression analysis of each variable showing partially in a positive direction. Likewise, for the results of simultaneous testing of the variables
Service, Cost and Facilities have an effect on the Patient's Decision to Choose
a Hospital with a positive and significant value.
