Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, occupational health and safety (OHS), and work stress on employee turnover intention at PT. Daya Surya Sejahtera Ponorogo. The research method used is quantitative. The sample in this study was 72 employees of PT. Daya Surya Sejahtera Ponorogo. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and f-test. The results showed that partially, job satisfaction had a positive effect on turnover intention, occupational health and safety had a positive effect on turnover intention, and job stress had a positive effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously, job satisfaction, occupational health and safety (OHS), and work stress had a positive effect on turnover intention.
