Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Marketing Activities, Customer Trust, and
Customer Experience on customer loyalty at Ponorogo Olshop Murah. The method used is quantitative by
distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 140 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data
analysis was performed with multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results showed that the
three variables had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Effective Social Media Marketing
Activities increase loyalty, while Customer Trust in business integrity and transaction security also play an
important role. Customer Experience is proven as the dominant variable that affects loyalty.
Simultaneously, the three variables make a significant contribution in shaping customer loyalty. The
findings emphasize the importance of social media marketing strategies, trust building, and improving
customer experience to maintain loyalty in business.
