Abstract

The background of this research is based on the shifting learning patterns of society in the digital era, where social media and digital platform have become new alternatives for delievering religious content in non-formal settings. This study aims to analyze the implementation of non-formal Islami Religious Education learning through podast media on the YNTV YouTube Channel, specifically in the Ramadhan with YN-Reconnect with Qur’an segment, and to evaluate its impat on the listeners understanding and engagement. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a content analysis method to examine how religious learning is delivered through digital media and how it affects the audience’s comprehension and involvement.
The result show that the program successfully integrates the principles of nonformal education, constructivist learning theory, and multimedia learning theory. Religious content is delivered in a communicative and reflective manner through an engaging audio-visual combination, facilitating audiences in constructing personal meaning. Social interaction through comments and testimonials further enhances the learning impact. Overall, this podcast serves as an effective medium for conveying Islamic values in a flexible, relevant, and transformative way for the broader public.
