Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi penanaman nilai-nilai Islam serta peran guru dan orang tua dalam membentuk karakter anak usia dini di Rumah Qur’an Azzahra Makassar. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi terstruktur, dan dokumentasi terhadap 30 responden yang terdiri atas 10 guru, 10 orang tua, dan 10 santri berusia 4–7 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai dilakukan melalui keteladanan, pembiasaan, cerita Islami, penguatan positif, dan teguran lembut. Guru dan orang tua membentuk sinergi yang kuat melalui komunikasi aktif, pembagian peran yang jelas, dan penguatan nilai di rumah. Program ini berdampak nyata terhadap nilai-nilai Islami pada anak santri berusia dini di Rumah Qur’an Azzahra. Nilai-nilai Islam yang diinternalisasikan tersebut meliputi kejujuran, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, kasih sayang, keteladanan, kepedulian sosial, ketaatan beragama, kemandirian, motivasi dan penghargaan diri, serta ketenangan emosional dalam lingkungan Islami. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan berbasis nilai dan kolaboratif, dengan keterlibatan guru, orang tua, serta anak secara langsung, mampu menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Islam secara efektif dalam pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract
This study investigates strategies for instilling Islamic values and examines the roles of teachers and parents in shaping the character of early childhood students at Rumah Qur’an Azzahra, Makassar. Using a descriptive qualitative case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, structured observations, and document analysis involving 30 respondents, 10 teachers, 10 parents, and 10 students aged 4–7 years. The findings indicate that value internalization is achieved through exemplary conduct, habituation, Islamic storytelling, positive reinforcement, and gentle correction. Teachers and parents establish strong collaboration through active communication, clear role division, and consistent reinforcement of values at home. This synergy has produced tangible impacts on the children’s character development, reflected in honesty, discipline, responsibility, compassion, social awareness, religious obedience, independence, motivation, self-worth, and emotional stability within an Islamic environment. The study highlighted that a value-based and collaborative approach, engaging both teachers and families, is highly effective in internalizing Islamic values in early childhood education.
