This study aims to analyze the influence of Spiritual Leadership, Organizational Communication, and Work Discipline on Work Culture at Manguharjo Pulmonary Hospital, East Java Province. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The study population consisted of 170 employees, with a sample of 63 respondents determined using the Slovin formula through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, partial testing (t-test), and simultaneous testing (F-test), with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 27.00.

The results showed that Spiritual Leadership, Organizational Communication, and Work Discipline each had a positive and significant effect on Work Culture. Furthermore, the three variables simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Work Culture. Therefore, it can be concluded that improving Spiritual Leadership, Organizational Communication, and Work Discipline plays an important role in enhancing employees' Work Culture.
