Abstract

Rambak crackers or what are known as cowhide crackers in various other regions are a typical Magetan snack or snack made from leather. Entrepreneurs in the leather cracker or rambak cracker industry in Ngariboyo District prefer to use cowhide because the raw material is easier to obtain. The problem faced in processing rambak crackers lies in the uncertain weather. This is because the drying process is still carried out using manual methods, namely drying in a large area using the heat of the sun to dry skin crackers or rambak crackers. The way this tool works uses a heating element (tubular heater) to dry as an alternative to solar heat energy. And a system is needed to control the heat so it doesn't damage the skin. By using a nodeMCU microcontroller, it can be made easier to control the heat energy used with several supporting tools such as relays, RTC (Real Time Clock), DHT22 temperature sensor, Loadcell as a sensor for detecting weight and there are notifications given via smartphone using the Telegram application.
