ABSTRACK
Productivity is a measure of the results of employee performance focus seen from the
process that produces certain outputs (Panjaitan, Maludin, 2019). Work productivity is an
important component that needs to be considered because it can influence all processes in
employee performance in a company. This study uses a quantitative approach with data in the
form of numbers. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Workload,
Occupational Health and Safety and Workload on Employee Work Productivity of Spx Hub
Balong.
Based on the results of data analysis managed with multiple linear regression analysis
model, it is concluded that; the results of the t-test of the independent variable Work
Environment, obtained a calculated t value> t table (2.33> 2.042), then H0 is rejected,
meaning that there is an influence of the Work Environment on Work Productivity.
Occupational Health and Safety, obtained a calculated t value> t table (3.831> 2.042) then H0
is rejected, meaning that there is an influence of Occupational Health and Safety on Work
Productivity. Workload, obtained a calculated t value> t table (2.874> 2.042) then H0 is
rejected, meaning that there is an influence of Workload on Work Productivity. F count> F
table (16.790> 2.92) means that there is a significant influence of independent/X1, X2 and X3
(Work Environment, Occupational Health and Safety and Workload together/simultaneously
on the dependent variable/Y (Employee Work Productivity).
