Abstract

The objectives of this study are to determine the influence of leadership,
communication and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the
Ponorogo Regency DPRD secretariat. the research uses nonprobability sampling, the
sampling method uses Saturated Sampling with a sample size of 87 respondents. Tested and
analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 program. The
data used in this study are instrument tests, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and
hypothesis testing
Findings - This study is quantitative descriptive. states the results that Leadership,
Communication and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant
influence on Employee Performance, Communication has a positive and
significant influence on Employee Performance, Leadership, Communication,
Organizational Culture has a simultaneous influence on Employee Performance.
