Abstract

Film and television streaming services are the favorite paid content most chosen by internet users in Indonesia today. Netflix is the most popular video streaming service in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of E-Webqual, Advertising Attractiveness and Customer Reviews on the decision to subscribe to Netflix in Ponorogo. Using quantitative methods on a 5 Likert scale for the measurement method. The population of this research is all consumers who have subscribed to Netflix with 100 respondents, sampling using Probability Sampling. The analysis tool uses SPSS version 26. The results of this research show that E-Webqual has no influence on subscription decisions on Netflix, but advertising attractiveness and customer reviews have an influence on subscription decisions on Netflix.
