Abstract
THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP, MOTIVATION AND COMPENSATION ON JOB SATISFACTION AT PT. MULYA WASSARI GAS MADIUN

Job satisfaction can be defined as a sense of achievement and success of employees. Hasibuan (2017:202) states that job satisfaction is an emotional attitude that is pleasant and loves work. This attitude is manifested in work ethic, discipline, and work achievement. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely data that can be calculated in the form of numbers. This research with a quantitative method is intended to determine the effect of Leadership, Motivation and Compensation on Job Satisfaction at Mulya Wassarri Gas Madiun. The author's data analysis began with the collection and processing of data in the form of a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale where the alternative answers are 1 to 5 scoring. Based on the results of the discussion in accordance with the data managed with the multiple linear regression analysis model, it is concluded that; Based on the results of the t-test of the independent variable Leadership, the calculated t value is obtained > t table (4.310 > 2.042), then H0 is rejected, meaning that there is an influence of Leadership on Job Satisfaction. Motivation, the calculated t value is obtained > t table (2.722 > 2.042) then H0 is rejected, meaning that there is an influence of Motivation on Job Satisfaction. Compensation, the calculated t value is obtained > t table (5.274 > 2.042) then H0 is rejected, meaning that there is an influence of Compensation on Job Satisfaction.
Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that Fcount > Ftable (101.465 > 2.87) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of Leadership, Motivation and Compensation together/simultaneously on Employee Job Satisfaction.
