Abstract

Abstract. Organizational or corporate culture is the values that are the basis for human
resources in carrying out their obligations and behavior within the organization. These values
will provide answers to whether an action is right or wrong and whether a behavior is
recommended or not so that it functions as a basis for behavior. The formulation of the problem
in this study is Do Leadership, Work Experience, Work Environment affect Work Culture? Both
partially and simultaneously with the aim of determining the influence of the 3 variables, both
partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method using SPSS/statistics as
a data analysis tool. Based on the results of the t-test and F-test, it is concluded that partially
Leadership has no effect. Experience and Work Environment have an effect. Simultaneously,
all independent variables have a significant effect on Work Culture.
