Abstract

The main purpose of the Integrated Non-Communicable Disease Assisted Post (POSBINDU PTM) is to increase community involvement in efforts to prevent and early detect risk factors for Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs). Cadres play a major role in all stages of the Integrated Fostered Post (POSBINDU), from planning to implementation, as well as recording and reporting. The involvement of the Health Office is also very important to maintain the continuity and development of cadres. The problem of how the role of the Health Office in fostering PTM Posbindu cadres. This research method is a qualitative approach with the determination of informants using the purposive sampling technique. The location of the research is at the Sukosari Health Center, Babadan District through interviews and documentation. The success of this program depends on regular reporting and monitoring, the quality of cadres, as well as good coordination between all relevant parties as well as continuous efforts in improving the skills and knowledge of cadres. The annual training process and periodic meetings need to continue to be carried out to ensure the quality and success of the PTM Posbindu. The process of selecting Posbindu PTM cadres considers competence, concern for health, and active involvement in community activities, as well as IT capabilities.
