Abstract
More and more people need internet network services to keep up with technological developments and make their work easier. So that internet service providers are also increasing, one of which is PT Giga Patra Multimedia. However, this internet service sometimes experiences obstacles and unfortunately customer disruption reports that come into management are slow. To overcome this problem, a solution is provided by installing a sensor on the customer's device which always sends a signal to the server. If at any time the sensor installed on the customer does not provide a signal, the server will send a notification to the field officer to check the customer. Making this device requires a microcontroller, namely Arduino Nano. This hardware is used as a tool to run ICMP commands sent from the customer's home to the server at the Giga Patra Multimedia Office. This tool allows internet network users or PT Giga Patra Multimedia technicians to monitor their customer's network using this device, so that it can be used at home without accessing the server.
