Abstract

Maintaining optimal water quality, especially pH levels, in aquariums is
crucial for the health and balance of fish. Traditional manual methods for pH control
and water changes often prove ineffective and time-consuming. To address these
challenges, this research aims to design an automated pH water quality control
system and automatic drainage and refilling system based on pH sensor data. The system utilizes Arduino IDE for software integration and includes hardware
components such as Arduino UNO, pH water sensor, ultrasonic sensor for water
level measurement, solenoid valves for water management, relay for control, and
LCD display for pH monitoring. The study focuses on ensuring accurate pH
measurement, automating water management, and enhancing aquarium
maintenance efficiency. This research offers convenience to aquarium owners by
automating water quality control and aims to improve fish care in home aquarium
environments.
