Abstract

Companies that survive for a long time need good supply chain management. Supply chain management includes designing new products, designing production, and inventory, carrying out production, shipping activities and also procuring raw materials. This study aims to determine whether there are problems in the supply chain flow so that improvements can be made and encourage the company to gain a strong competitive advantage for the company. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data acquisition through interviews and observations at PT Linggarjati Mahardika Mulia II Unit Sambong Pacitan. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Hubberman model with data validity obtained through technical triangulation. The results of the study were obtained 1) supply chain problems at PT Linggarjati Mahardika Mulia Unit II Sambong, namely products that come not in accordance with orders so that the company makes an offering with a discount on the product price from the original price, preparing alternative suppliers if those who have established cooperation cannot meet the needs, and the quality of wood which is the basic material of the product at PT Linggarjati Mahardika Mulia Unit II Sambong must not have traces of stalk cuts and not by crooked; 2) Supply Chain performance at PT. Linggarjati Mahardika Mulia II Unit Sambong Pacitan in accordance with the 5 main components of the supply chain, namely the playwood production process, inventory in the form of suppliers and order requests, supplier locations and production locations, transportation from suppliers and product distribution, and information related to marketing; 3) from the identification of problematic POF values, it is known that imperfections in order fulfillment in accordance with customer / distributor requests are caused by the raw material supply chain process and the incompatibility of log size standards that enter the company. Problems related to the Supply Chain at PT Linggarjati Mahardika Mulia II Unit Sambong Pacitan are used as an evaluation and innovation for the company's future progress. Consider alternative solutions to problems in the Supply Chain using the SCOR approach.
