Posyandu for Elderly was one of the efforts to deal with elderly health problems, but the motivation of the elderly in utilizing posyandu for elderly was still lacking. One of the factors that influences it was the perception of the elderly about posyandu. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between perception of posyandu and motivation to come to posyandu in elderly in Sedah Village, Jenangan District, Ponorogo. The design of this study was quantitative analytical correlative with a cross sectional method. The population in this study were all elderly people in Sedah Village, Jenangan District, Ponorogo, totaling 239 people, with purposive sampling technique and a sample of 71 people was obtained. The variables of this study are perceptions about posyandu and motivation to come to posyandu. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistical test used was Chi-Square. The results of the study showed that most respondents had a poor perception, namely 37 people (52,1%). Most respondents had low motivation, namely 38 people (53,5%). The results of the data analysis obtained a p-value = 0,000, which means that there was a relationship between perceptions about posyandu and motivation to come to posyandu in the elderly in Sedah Village, Jenangan District, Ponorogo. The conclusion was that the better the perception of the elderly about the elderly posyandu, the motivation shown by the elderly towards visiting the posyandu will increase. Health workers should make efforts to increase the motivation of the elderly and their families to be more active in visiting the elderly posyandu.
