Hypertension was one of the non-communicable diseases that causes death with the highest prevalence. One of the treatments for hypertension sufferers was non-pharmacological treatment, namely foot soak therapy in warm water. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of warm water foot soak therapy on changes in blood pressure in hypertension sufferers in Tapen Village, Lembeyan District, Magetan Regency. The design of this study was an experiment with a one group pre-post test design. The population in this study were all hypertension sufferers in Tapen Village and also a research sample of 32 people using the total sampling technique. The variables of this study were Warm Water Foot Soak Therapy and Blood Pressure. The research instruments were SOP and Observation Sheets. The statistical test used was the Paired Sample T-Test. The results of the study showed that the average blood pressure before the intervention (pretest) was 162/92 mmHg. The average blood pressure after the intervention (posttest) was 142/85 mmHg. The results of the data analysis obtained a p-value = 0,000, which means that there was an effect of warm water foot soak therapy on changes in blood pressure in hypertension sufferers in Tapen Village, Lembeyan District, Magetan Regency. There was a decrease in blood pressure after the intervention with an average decrease of 18,215 mmHg (Systole) and 15,075 mmHg (Diastole)
