Abstract
Yacub Asmoro Gati, Nim 20415264, Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Muhammadiah University Ponorogo, Thesis: "The Effect of Work Stress, Work Environment, and Providing Incentives on Employee Performance of Pt. Trimitra Tunas Sakti Madiun".
This research aims to determine the effect of work stress, work environment, and providing incentives on the performance of PT employees. Trimitra Tunas Sakti Madiun. This research uses a quantitative type of research. This research uses respondents with the entire number of employees at PT. Trimitra Tunas Sakti Madiun. The research population consisted of 40 employees. Sampling was chosen using saturated samples, so that a sample of 40 employees could be included in the test. Data collection through questionnaires and observations. As for technical data analysis, it uses multiple linear regression analysis consisting of the T test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination/R square test. The research results show that work stress partially has a significant positive effect on the performance of PT employees. Trimitra Tunas Sakti Madiun, the work environment also partially has a significant positive effect on the performance of PT employees. Trimitra Tunas Sakti Madiun, and the provision of incentives partially has a significant positive effect on the performance of PT employees. Trimitra Tunas Sakti Madiun.
