IMPLEMENTATION OF POST PARTUM HEALTH EDUCATION IN
MOTHERS WHO HAVE HAD SPONTANEOUS POST PARTUM WITH
NURSING PROBLEMS OF POST PARTUM DISCOMFORT
Case study in the Siti Walidah Room, Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Hospital )

During the postpartum period Mother will experience change adaptation
Good in a way physiological and in a way psychological that can bother comfort
mother . Postpartum Health Education trusted can improve the comfort status of
mothers postpartum . The purpose of study This is Analyze implementation
education postpartum health in mothers postpartum spontaneous with problem
nursing discomfort postpartum .
Study This use method observation Participatory and interview with
process approach to care nursing . Research This conducted on Mrs. N on 2-6
September 2024 with complaint No comfortable diarrhea used perineum and
abdominal sutures feel nausea , given therapy maintenance post childbirth in
which there is education health . Education implemented with distribution Topic
into 2 sessions .
The results of the research conducted after giving education health
maintenance post childbirth , shows existence comfort status upgrade significant
clients proven with client say Already comfortable , no there is pain , face client
calm , BP: 123/82 mmHg, N: 89 x/ minute .
Can concluded that implementation education health maintenance post
labor can improve patient comfort status postpartum spontaneous , and expected
can used on clients with problem nursing discomfort postpartum as non-
pharmacological therapy .
