APPLICATION OF PROGRESSIVE MUSCLE RELAXATION IN
LOW BACK PAIN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE PAIN NURSING PROBLEMS

Low Back Pain or painful back below can attack anyone only , where low back pain This make somebody difficult For do activity so that it can influence quality life someone . Back pain lower uni need proper handling in order to reduce the pain felt as well as prevent the occurrence severity . Case study This aiming For do care nursing care for patients Low back pain with problem nursing painful I .
Care nursing care for patients Low Back Pain done at the Clinic Mitra Husada Inpatient Primary Care Magetan for 4 days and continued at home for 3 days in October 2024. The method used is with nursing process approach .
Results of the study obtained that patient experience painful back lower because of lift object heavy as well as lack of knowledge patient about Handling moment pain. Nursing actions taken to overcome painful acute experienced patient the is with apply relaxation muscle progressive .
Care nursing care for patients low back pain with complaint painful I expected to be able to become reference nurse in handle patients who experience painful I with action implementation relaxation muscle progressive .
