Abstract
Customer trust is a belief in a product offered and is willing to accept the risks obtained in online store transactions. The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) The effect of information quality on customer trust in 3Second Official Shop products. (2) The effect of online customer reviews on customer trust in 3Second Official Shop products. (3) The effect of brand image on customer trust in 3Second Official Shop products. (4) The effect of information quality, online customer reviews and brand image simultaneously on customer trust in 3Second Official Shop products. This research is a quantitative study. The population of this study were students of the 2021 intake of the Faculty of Economics, Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The number of samples in this study was 96 which was determined using the Cochran formula. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The analysis method used was SPSS. The results of this study found that information quality, online customer reviews, and brand image had a significant effect on customer trust.
