The research aims to obtain results from the Influence of Leadership, Work Discipline, Emotional Intelligence on Work Culture (Case Study of PT Aws Teknologi Nusantara Pacitan CV Sinma). This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study was taken from employees who joined PT Aws Teknologi Nusantara Pacitan CV Sinma in 2021-2024 with a total of 35 employees. This study uses saturated sampling where all members of the population are used as research samples. Data collection using questionnaires and data processing using Smart-PLS.

The results of this study show that the variables of Leadership, Work Discipline, Emotional Intelligence have a positive influence on the work culture of PT AWS Teknologi Nusantara Pacitan CV Sinma employees.
