This study aims to analyze how the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program is implemented in the waste manajement of the tapioca starch industry at PT. Budi Starch & Sweetener Tbk Ponorogo Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that although the company manages solid waste into organic fertilizer and holds social activities to empower the community, liquid waste management still faces obstacles in the form of odors that distrurb the commnity’s comfort. Communication between the company and the community has been carried out, but still needs to be improved to reduce complaints about liquid waste and maintain a healthy relationship. He analysis shows that the company has fulfilled its economic, legal, and social responsibilities, but the ethical aspects and community involvement in waste management need to be strengthened. It is recommended to increase innovatio in liquid waste management and more intensive and transparent communication with the community to support CSR prograns that are rwsponsive to environmental and social needs.
