Abstract

Today's technology is developing rapidly so that it demands every company to work more effectively and efficiently to deal with changes in economic dynamics and competition. This study chose PT. PLN UP3 Ponorogo as the object of the research. The purpose of this study is to find out "The Influence of Self Efficacy, Work Engagement, and Organizational Culture on Employee Organizational Commitment at PT. PLN UP3 Ponorogo". This research is a quantitative research with a data collection method using a questionnaire shared through google form. The population in this study is all employees of PT. PLN UP3 Ponorogo. The sampling method uses saturated samples where the entire population is used as a sample of 40 respondents. The data was measured using a likert scale of one to five, where 1 for the answer strongly disagrees and 5 for the answer strongly agrees. The data analysis used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) through the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of the analysis show that self-efficacy has a significant effect on the commitment of the employee organization at PT. PLN UP3 Ponorogo, work engagement has a significant effect on the commitment of employee organizations at PT. PLN UP3 Ponorogo, and organizational culture have a significant effect on the commitment of employee organizations at PT. PLN UP3 Ponorogo.
