Based on the results of the effectiveness measurement, it shows that the Ponorogo Regency PPKB Office managed to achieve an effectiveness ratio of 106.35%, which is classified as very effective, because the realization of revenue exceeded the set target. However, budget efficiency is still not optimal, indicating challenges in its management. The challenge to efficiency, on the other hand, has to do with complex bureaucracy and inadequate budget planning.
