Abstract
The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a conditional social assistance program provided by the government for poor and vulnerable families. However, in Kedungpanji Village, the PKH recipient selection process often faces obstacles, such as delays in data updates and lack of objective assessments. This research aims to develop a web-based decision support system (DSS) to assist the Kedungpanji Village government in determining potential PKH recipients fairly and transparently. This system implements the Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (Fuzzy SAW) method, which uses fuzzy logic to determine the weighting of each criterion more flexibly and adaptively to the community's social conditions. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to perform an alternative ranking process based on the weighting and normalization of each criterion's values. Assessments are based on 12 criteria, including income, housing conditions, water sources, the presence of school children, and the elderly. The system was built using PHP and MySQL and underwent blackbox testing to ensure all features function properly. With this system, the recipient selection process in Kedungpanji Village can be carried out more efficiently, objectively, and effectively.
