Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) merupakan lembaga ekonomi yang didirikan dan dikelola oleh pemerintah desa dengan tujuan memperkuat perekonomian di tingkat desa. BUMDes didirikan berdasarkan ketentuan hukum yang diatur dalam peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia No. 39 Tahun 2010. Setiap Desa hanya diperbolehkan memiliki satu unit BUMDes. Pembangunan ekonomi di desa didasarkan pada potensi, kebutuhan, serta sumber daya yang dimiliki desa, dengan dukungan modal dari pemerintah desa berupa pinjaman dan aset, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat desa. BUMDes memiliki peran sentral dalam pembangunan desa dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa secara menyeluruh. Dengan adanya BUMDes, diharapkan desa dapat mengelola dan mengoptimalkan sumber daya lokalnya secara efektif, meningkatkan penghasilan masyarakat, serta memperkuat ekonomi lokal secara berkelanjutan. Konsep ini mendorong inklusi ekonomi yang lebih luas dan memberdayakan masyarakat desa untuk mengambil peran aktif dalam mengelola potensi ekonomi mereka sendiri. Dari sekian banyak Desa di Kecamatan Jenangan, Desa Paringan adalah salah satu desa yang memiliki BUMDes yang sudah berkembang. Di Desa Paringan terdapat unit usaha-usaha seperti Produk Air minum Bali/ Air minum dalam kemasan(AMDK), pengolahan tape singkong madu, pertokoan/ ruko di sewakan, umkm jamu tradisional, wisata tubing kali kajar. Unit-unit usaha yang pemerintah desa bentuk berorientasi kedepan untuk membantu masyarakat terutama dalam hal aspek permodalan, dan pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok.

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are economic institutions established and managed by the village government with the aim of strengthening the economy at the village level. BUMDes were established based on legal provisions stipulated in the regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia No. 39 of 2010. Each village is only allowed to have one BUMDes unit. Economic development in the village is based on the potential, needs, and resources owned by the village, with capital support from the village government in the form of loans and assets, which aims to improve the economic welfare of the village community. BUMDes has a central role in village development with a participatory approach and empowerment of the village community as a whole. With the existence of BUMDes, it is hoped that villages can manage and optimize their local resources effectively, increase community income, and strengthen the local economy in a sustainable manner. This concept encourages broader economic inclusion and empowers village communities to take an active role in managing their own economic potential. Of the many villages in Jenangan District, Paringan Village is one of the villages that has a BUMDes that has developed. In Paringan Village there are business units such as Bali Drinking Water Products/Packaged Drinking Water (AMDK), cassava honey tape processing, shops/shophouses for rent, traditional herbal medicine UMKM, Kali Kajar tubing tourism. The business units formed by the village government are oriented towards the future to help the community, especially in terms of capital aspects, and meeting basic needs.
