Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pelayanan karyawan dalam meningkatkan prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG) di BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo. Fokus utama penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi bagaimana prosedur pelayanan diterapkan dan bagaimana indikator kualitas pelayanan Islami serta prinsip-prinsip GCG diinternalisasi oleh karyawan dalam praktik pelayanan perbankan syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan karyawan di BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera telah mencerminkan lima indikator utama kualitas pelayanan Islami, yaitu bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati. Selain itu, implementasi lima prinsip GCG, yakni transparansi, akuntabilitas, tanggung jawab, independensi, dan keadilan, juga terintegrasi dalam sistem pelayanan bank. Hal ini berkontribusi pada terciptanya pelayanan yang profesional, beretika, dan sesuai nilai-nilai syariah, serta memperkuat kepercayaan dan loyalitas nasabah.
ABSTACT
This study aims to analyze the implementation of employee services in enhancing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo. The research focuses on examining how service procedures are applied and how the indicators of Islamic service quality and GCG principles are internalized by employees in daily banking practices. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that employee services at BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera reflect the five core indicators of Islamic service quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Furthermore, the implementation of the five GCG principles—transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness—is integrated into the bank's service system. These practices contribute to the realization of professional, ethical, and Sharia-compliant services, thereby enhancing customer trust and loyalty.
