The mechanism for collecting public roadside parking fees in Madiun City is guided by Madiun Mayor Regulation Number 47 of 2014, which regulates the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 25 of 2011. Estimates for 2025 show that there are 55 road parking sections managed by around 365 parking attendants using a conventional pattern. The decline in local original income when managed with a self-management system must be sought for strategies that can increase the local income performance of public roadside parking in Madiun City. This research aims to analyze the strategy of the Madiun City Transportation Service to increase the realization of PAD levies in 2025. The primary data collection used is an interview survey of the head of the Transportation Service which is directly related to parking management and secondary data obtained from the Madiun City Transportation Service. The results of the discussion showed that the current condition of obtaining regional original income from parking management using self-management methods cannot be achieved. The strategy carried out is to change the management system from self-management to provider or third party as well as monitoring the implementation of public roadside parking management involving various stakeholders.
