Management is a crucial factor in increasing a company's efficiency and effectiveness, acting as the science and art of managing resources to achieve specific goals. This research aims to determine the effects of Emotional Intelligence, Transactional Leadership, and Self-Efficacy on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 1 Sambit Ponorogo. The sample consisted of 37 teachers, selected using a total sampling technique. The testing stages included instrument testing, coefficient of determination testing, and hypothesis testing. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression via the SPSS program. The results of the partial test (t) are as follows: Emotional Intelligence (X1) = 3.659, Transactional Leadership (X2) = 2.457, and Self-Efficacy (X3) = 3.522.
