Employee productivity is a crucial factor in supporting business success and sustainability, particularly in modern agricultural sectors such as greenhouse-based melon farming. Optimal productivity levels are heavily influenced by various internal and external factors related to the employees. A key challenge facing greenhouse melon farming operations is how to enhance employee productivity to ensure production activities run effectively and efficiently. Therefore, research is needed to examine the factors influencing employee productivity—specifically creativity, employee engagement, and the work environment. This study aims to analyze the impact of creativity, employee engagement, and the work environment on employee productivity at the Joyo Sentono Farm greenhouse melon operation in Pandak Balong Village, Ponorogo, considering both partial and simultaneous effects. The study is expected to provide empirical insights into the roles these three variables play in boosting employee productivity within the agricultural sector. A quantitative research method utilizing a survey approach was employed. The study population consisted of all employees at the Joyo Sentono Farm greenhouse melon operation, with a total of 47 respondents. Data were collected via questionnaires designed based on indicators for each research variable. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of IBM SPSS software. Prior to regression analysis, the data underwent validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests to ensure suitability for analysis. The results indicate that creativity, employee engagement, and the work environment each have a positive and significant partial effect on employee productivity. Employee creativity fosters the ability to discover solutions and more effective work methods; employee engagement boosts commitment and dedication; and a comfortable, conducive work environment supports optimal performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also exert a positive and significant influence on employee productivity. The study concludes that enhancing creativity, employee engagement, and the quality of the work environment are vital factors in increasing employee productivity at the Joyo Sentono Farm greenhouse melon operation in Pandak Balong Village, Ponorogo.
