This research begins with the importance of fostering Islamic behavior in children from an early age through routine school activities. One example of a routine activity implemented at Raudhatul Athfal Nashrus Sunnah in Madiun City is the practice of daily prayer in various activities, both at school and at home. This study aims to examine how the practice of daily prayer is implemented, the role of teachers in guiding children, and its impact on the development of Islamic behavior in children. This study used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The subjects were RA students, class teachers, and parents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model. Data validity was checked through triangulation of sources and techniques.
The results show that the practice of daily prayer at RA Nashrus Sunnah is carried out routinely and integrated into school activities. Examples include prayers before and after studying, prayers before and after meals, prayers, morning dhikr, and prayers before school. Teachers play an active role as guides and role models in the implementation of daily prayers. This practice of daily prayer has a positive impact on the development of Islamic behavior in children, such as praying before engaging in activities, being polite, disciplined, and cultivating a habit of remembering Allah in all situations.
