PENERAPAN RELATIONSHIP TAMAN JATIMORI DENGAN MITRA PENDIDIKAN PERIODE NOVEMBER 2025

This research is based on the need for relationship management in establishing and maintaining cooperation between educational tourism institutions and partners. Relationships are not only based on communication, but also trust, commitment, and engagement of both parties. Jatimori Park, an educational tourism destination in Ponorogo Regency, faces challenges in building and maintaining effective and sustainable relationships with educational partners. In this case, the formulation of the problem in this study is the practice of relationship management carried out by Taman Jatimori in building relationships with partners. This research is expected to identify and describe relationship management practices. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using relationship management theory with seven dimensions, namely trust, control mutuality, commitment, satisfaction, exchange relationship, communal relationship, and openness. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observations and documentation with purposive sampling in determining informants. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions drawn, and their validity was tested using triangulation. The findings of the study show that the practice of relationship management in Taman Jatimori has been carried out through seven dimensions, namely trust which is reflected in the partner's trust in the services and information provided, control mutuality which shows the involvement of partners even though it is not optimal, commitment reflected in the sustainability of cooperation, satisfaction reflected in the level of satisfaction of partners with services, exchange relationships that are established based on the benefits received by both parties, the communal relationship is reflected in the concern and effort to maintain the relationship, and openness which is reflected in the openness of information and communication by Taman Jatimori. However, there are also some obstacles such as evaluation of non-optimal partners and partner involvement. From this study, it can be concluded that relationship management practices in Jatimori Park are quite optimal, but there is a need for improvement in the evaluation of partners and partner involvement, making the relationship more optimal and sustainable.
