PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA MATHGO BERBASIS GENIALLY PADA MATERI RELASI DAN FUNGSI KELAS VIII SMP

This study aims to: (1) develop MathGo learning media based on Genially on Relations and Functions material for eighth grade junior high school, and (2) determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of MathGo learning media based on Genially on Relations and Functions material for eighth grade junior high school.
This study is a Research and Development study using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The trial subjects in this study were 19 students of class VIII B at MTs Muhammadiyah 2 Jenangan Ponorogo. Product validation was carried out by one material expert lecturer and one media expert lecturer, the practicality test was conducted through teacher and student response questionnaires, while the effectiveness test was measured through a student learning motivation questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis by calculating the percentage of the score obtained against the maximum score.
The results showed that the MathGo learning media based on Genially met the valid criterion based on the material expert's assessment with a percentage of 77.5% and the media expert's assessment with a percentage of 75%. The practicality test results showed the practical category based on the teacher's assessment with a percentage of 80% and the students' assessment with a percentage of 65%. The effectiveness test results based on the student learning motivation questionnaire showed the effective category with a percentage of 66%. Thus, the MathGo learning media based on Genially on Relations and Functions material for eighth grade junior high school is declared valid, practical, and effective for use in mathematics learning.
