Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged organizations to transform their human resource management to become more adaptive and efficient. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital technology, execution discipline, and innovation on human resource management. The methodology used is a quantitative approach with a causal associative design, employing a saturated sampling technique with a total of 74 respondents. Data were collected through Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The results indicate that digital technology, execution discipline, and innovation have a positive and significant effect on human resource management, both partially and simultaneously. The discussion reveals that digital technology enhances efficiency and accuracy in HR management, execution discipline ensures optimal implementation of policies, and innovation drives organizational adaptability to change. The conclusion confirms that the combination of these three variables contributes to creating a more effective, adaptive, and sustainable human resource management system in the digital era.
