Pengaruh Ekspektasi Kinerja, Kecepatan, Dan Keamanan Terhadap Minat Menggunakan Sistem Pembayaran Qris (Studi Pada Mahasiswa di Unmuh Ponorogo)

The rapid development of digital technology has driven a significant shift in transaction methods—from cash-based to cashless transactions. In Indonesia, one innovation fueling this transition is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). The introduction of QRIS offers convenience, speed, and efficiency for all its users.
This study aims to examine the influence of performance expectancy, speed, and security on the intention to use the QRIS payment system, both partially and simultaneously. Primary data were collected via questionnaires using a proportional random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination.
The results indicate that performance expectancy, speed, and security each have a partial influence on the intention to use the QRIS payment system among students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Furthermore, performance expectancy, speed, and security collectively (simultaneously) influence the intention to use the QRIS payment system among these students. Based on the coefficient of determination (R²) analysis, the independent variables in this study account for less than 50% of the variance. Future research is encouraged to incorporate additional variables that may influence the intention to use QRIS.
