Abstract

ABSTRAK Yulis Setyaningsih. Guru adalah orang yang ditengarai paling bertanggung jawab terhadap pelaksanaan pendidikan di sekolah yang perannya tidak dapat digantikan oleh apa dan siapapun. Ia mempunyai peranan yang strategis untuk mengatasi hambatan dan tantangan yang muncul. Sementara itu perilaku bullying juga menjangkiti pada anak- anak usia dini karena kondisi psikis anak masih labil, karena masa ini merupakan fase pengenalan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui implementasi dan bentuk optimalisasi peran guru sebagai transfer of knowledge, motivator, dan fasilitator dalam mengatasi bullying pada anak usia dini. Obyek penelitian: guru dan siswa. Metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guna mengoptimalisasi peran guru dalam kerangka mengatasi bullying pada anak usia dini guru mengembangkan optimalisasi peran dengan a). Mengembangkan peran sebagai pelaku transfer of knowledge bagi anak usia dini melalui perencanaan yang matang dengan kegiatan yang variatif, sekaligus mengembangkan teknik yang dinilai sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan anak melalui kegiatan menyanyi dan bermain. b). Menguatkan peran guru sebagai motivator untuk mengembangkan potensi siswa, meningkatkan kreativitas siswa, dan membangkitkan minat belajar siswa sesuai dengan bakatnya, dan c). Mengefektifkan peran guru sebagai fasilitator dengan upaya mencari referensi pembelajaran, mengusahakan sumber belajar, serta memaksimalkan pemanfaatan sumber belajar guna mengembangkan pembelajaran agar semakin berkualitas. The teacher is the person who is considered to be most responsible for the implementationof education in schools whose role cannot be replaced by anything or anyone. He has a strategic role to overcome obstacles and challenges that arise. Meanwhile, bullying behavior also affects young children because the child's psychological condition is still unstable, because this period is a phase of getting to know the environment. The aim of the research is to determine the implementation and form of optimizing the role of teachers as transfer of knowledge, motivator and facilitator in overcoming bullying in early childhood. This type of qualitative research is case study. Research objects: teachers and students. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. The research resultsshow that in order to optimize the role of teachers in the framework of overcoming bullying in early childhood teachers develop role optimization by a). Developing a role as a transfer of knowledge for early childhood through careful planning with varied activities, as well as developing techniques that are considered appropriate to the child's level of development, for example through singing and playing activities. b). Strengthen the role of teachers as motivators to develop student potential, increase student creativity, and arouse students' interest in learning according to their talents, and c). Making the teacher's role effective as a facilitator by seeking learning references, seeking learning resources, and maximizing the use of learning resources to develop learning to be of higher quality.
