Abstract
This study aims to determine whether Reward, Punishment, and Compensation affect employee loyalty at Al Nur Kendal Ngawi Convection. The method used in this research is quantitative. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees. The population in this study were 50 respondents with a sample size of 50 respondents. Samples were obtained using a saturated sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Reward partially has a significant effect on employee loyalty. (2) Punishment partially has a significant effect on employee loyalty. (3) Compensation partially has a significant effect on employee loyalty. (4) Reward, Punishment, Compensation simultaneously have a significant effect
