This study aims to determine the effect of performance expectations and
facilitating conditions on the use of Wondr by BNI in Ponorogo, with behavioral intention as a mediating variable. The population inthis study consists of BNI customers who use Wondr in Ponorogo. The research method used is quantitative with accidental sampling, which is a method of selecting samples randomly. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.1 software. The analysis results indicate that performance expectations have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, facilitating conditions have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, performance expectations have a positive and significant effect on usage behavior, facilitating conditions have a positive and significant effect on usage behavior through behavioral intention as a mediating variable, and performance expectations have a positive and significant effect on usage behavior, facilitating conditions have a positive and significant effect on usage behavior through behavioral intention as a mediating variable, and performance expectations have a positive and significant effect on usage behavior, facilitating conditions have a positive and significant effect on usage behavior through behavioral intention as a mediating variable, and performance expectations have a positive and significant effect on usage behavior, facilitating conditions have a positive and significant effect
