Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Rewards, and Support Teamwork on Employee Welfare in the Zidna Konveksi Ponorogo Industry. This study uses quantitative research with field research methods, namely observation and questionnaires. The study involved 60 employees of the Zidna Konveksi Ponorogo Industry. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents. Data measurement used a Likert scale of one to five, where 1 represents strongly disagree and 5 represents strongly agree. Data analysis used in this study was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of the analysis indicate that organizational culture has no significant effect on employee welfare in the Zidna Konveksi Ponorogo Industry, Rewards have no significant effect on employee welfare in the Zidna Konveksi Ponorogo Industry, and Support Teamwork has no significant effect on employee welfare in the Zidna Konveksi Ponorogo Industry.
