Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Daya Surya Sejahtera Ponorogo.
The population in this study were employees of PT Daya Surya Sejahtera Ponorogo. The sampling method used in this study is a probability sampling approach with simple random sampling technique, namely a technique where each member in the population has the same probability of being selected in the sample and is carried out randomly in sampling from the population under study. The sample in this study were 65 employees of PT Daya Surya Sejahtera Ponorogo. The research methodology used is using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the help of Smart PLS version 4 software.
The results of the analysis show that self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction plays a positive and significant role as an intervening variable in the effect of self efficacy on employee performance, finally job satisfaction plays a positive and significant role as an intervening variable in the effect of self efficacy on employee performance.
