Abstract
Employees who have a high level of loyalty are crucial for maintaining the stability and growth of the company. Amidst the demands of work, achieving a balance between work responsibilities and personal life becomes challenging. This study aims to analyze the effects of work-life balance, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction on employees work loyalty at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Ponorogo Branch Office using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that work-life balance, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction individually affect work loyalty. Furthermore, collectively, work-life balance, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction have a significant impact on work loyalty.
