Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Quality of Work Life on Employee Job Satisfaction at X Madiun Hospital. The method used in this study is the quantitative method. The data in this study uses questionnaire data distributed with written statements to respondents. Then analyzed using the SPSS 29 Software application. The population in this study were Employees at X Madiun Hospital. The sample in this study was 61 people using random sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is no influence between Appropriate and Fair Compensation on Employee Job Satisfaction at X Madiun Hospital. (2) There is no influence between a safe and healthy work environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at X Madiun Hospital. (3) There is an influence between the Opportunity to use and develop worker abilities on Employee Job satisfaction at X Madiun Hospital. (4) There is no influence between Social interaction in the workplace on Employee Job satisfaction at X Madiun Hospital. (5) There is no influence between Employee Rights in the office on Employee Job satisfaction at X Madiun Hospital.
