This study aims to determine the effect of Education Level, Work Conflict, and Emotional Intelligence on Work Productivity at PG Redjosarie. The problem examined is whether these three factors influence work productivity in completing tasks optimally. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through a questionnaire. The total number of respondent is 70 people, determined using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that both partially and simultaneously, Education Level, Work Conflict, and Emotional Intelligence have a significant effect on work productivity. These findings suggest that higher education, good conflict management, and high emotional intelligence can improve work productivity.
