Abstract
This study was carried out in light of the fact that numerous manufacturers and competitors were providing comparable goods, which piqued the curiosity of researchers who wanted to reexamine how these products affected customer pleasure. Demand rises and competition is more intense as a result of this circumstance. Finding out how satisfied customers were with Sedayu candu coffee goods was the aim of this study. Customer happiness is significantly impacted by price, customer experience, and product innovation, according to the study's quantitative methodology.
