This study has the main objective to describe how the role of fiqh teachers in developing learning creativity of grade VI students at Madrasah Salafiyah Ula (MSU) Nashrus Sunnahin Madiun City. The fiqh teacher here does not only act as a material deliverer, but also as a facilitator who encourages students to think creatively and actively in the learning process. The role of the teacher includes the application of various innovative and varied learning methods and strategies, so as to create an interesting learning atmosphare and stimulate student creativity.
The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, which aims to describe in depth the role of fiqh teachers in the learning process. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation in class, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation that supports data analysis. The results of the study revealed that fiqh teachers have an important role as facilitators, mativator, and innovators in teaching and learning activities. As a facilitator, teachers help create a conducive learning environment and support active student participan. As a motivator, teachers provide encouragement and enthusiasm to student to be more enthusiastic in learning. While as an innovator, teachers present various varied learning methods, such as group discussions, problem solving, and direct practice.
In the implementation of developing students' learning creativity, of course there are obstacles, both internal and external. Internal factors include personal motivation and enthusiasm to engage in creative activities. While external factors are influenced by environmental aspects, such as the school and family environment, as well as limited facilities and infrastructure. However, the encouragement and appreciation from parents also have a significant influence in developing students' learning creativity.
