Abstract
ABSTRACT
The development of digital technology has driven a shift in marketing strategies from conventional to digital, particularly through the use of visual content such as digital posters. Digital posters are known as an efficient tool because they can convey information in a concise, attractive, and persuasive manner through digital platforms. This study aims to analyze how PT Kusuma Persada Sharia Propertindo utilizes digital posters as a promotional tool, particularly in attracting consumer interest in purchasing property products that comply with Sharia principles. The results of this study indicate that digital posters created with attention to visual aspects, providing clear and useful information, and reflecting Sharia principles, can support the company in increasing brand awareness, providing education to the public, and attracting the attention of potential buyers. The use of digital posters through social media is also considered more efficient and reaches a wider audience. Thus, digital posters can be an effective marketing strategy for PT Kusuma Persada Sharia Propertindo in facing competition in the Sharia property business.
