This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The population in this study consisted of all teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo, with a sample size of 42 respondents selected using a saturated sampling (census) technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) using SPSS.The results of the study show that: 1) Work discipline partially has a positive but non-significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. 2) Work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. 3) Work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. 4) Simultaneously, work discipline, work motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction.
